OrderingOrdering from Mad Fox Designs is easy! This site utilizes a PayPal shopping cart. Simply click the "Add to Cart" button next to the item you're ordering and your cart will open in a new window for easy viewing. You can adjust the quantity and/or remove items from there. If you want to continue shopping, just click the continue shopping button and the window with Mad Fox Designs will come back to the front. You can even close your shopping cart window, if you'd like, and retrieve it by clicking on the "View Cart" button on the right of every page. When you're ready to checkout, view cart and click on the "Secure Checkout" button. You don't even need to have a Paypal account to use the shopping cart. If you are ordering a custom leather martingale you will need to provide the measurements detailed on the leather collars page.
CREDIT CARDS can be accepted through PayPal only.
Once the checkout process is completed, you will receive an order confirmation/receipt through PayPal. Keep this receipt for your records. It has information in it that will allow you to check the details of the transaction.
If you would prefer to use a means other than PayPal, please send a message to Orders@madfoxdesigns.com to make arrangements.
Shipping
All orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail® or Global Priority®. Collars are not made ahead of time! So your order will ship when all items have been completed. In most cases this should only take a couple of days.
Shipments to destinations outside of the US will be marked as "Dog Collar(s)" on the customs form. No exceptions will be made to this policy.
Services other than USPS may be requested, but I reserve the right to refuse the request at my discretion. USPS Priority Mail® will have your collar(s) to you within three days of their (USPS) receiving it, in most cases.
Priority® rates will be calculated automatically at checkout. For Global Priority® shipping outside the US, please contact me to help determine the correct postage.
Returns
Please send an email to Customer Service if you need to make a return. You will receive instructions on how to return your item to me for either refund or replacement as per the MFD warranty.
Returns and exchanges, or arrangements for same, must be made within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be made using the original payment method. Refunds will be minus all applicable costs, including original shipping costs.
